This is a publicly sourced, web‑based collaborative platform that enables users to store and modify content in an organized manner with regard to John Bocquet (Dougherty).
There is additional focus on Rockin’ M employee Kolten Motes, and the devastation of property at 11220 Indian Trail, Helotes, TX, allegedly for absolute personal gain.
Information represented here to date—from participants, and from county and district courts in the U.S. (pending satisfaction of multiple open records requests)—illustrates a strong distinction that Mr. Bocquet’s “business,” as he referred to his practice, is morally ambiguous, and that those who participate are subject to significant financial loss.
The reason John Bocquet (Dougherty) sought to destroy multiple real properties in which he holds no interest is alleged to stem from the actions of his father, Dudley T. Dougherty. He is said to come from a family lineage that preys on rural populations during times of hardship.
The acts are described as entirely intentional, especially with distinct prior knowledge of hardship or imminent financial default. The actions and services—whether desired or not—were rendered, even forced, and recipients were penalized for failing to recognize the alleged schemes until it was too late.
Mr. Bocquet reportedly refuses to contribute to this wiki, correspond by phone, text, or encrypted Signal communication, and is frequently “blocked,” as mentioned in previous conversations.

Rockin’ M LLC. - Government Canyon State Park Destruction:
Kolten Motes, Rockin’ M business owner, allegedly managed by John Bocquet (Dougherty), bulldozed across 144 acres in absolute trespass along Texas State Park property.
Severe Environmental and Geological Constraints:
The Property is located directly on the most sensitive portion of the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone (EAZ) and is classified as Karst Zone 1, containing mapped faults and a sinkhole, making it environmentally critical and regulatorily undevelopable - the same reason neighboring State Park, Government Canyon was purposed
The Property is located directly on the most sensitive portion of the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone (EAZ) and is classified as Karst Zone 1, containing mapped faults and a sinkhole, making it environmentally critical and regulatorily undevelopable.
The once‑wooded forest served as a wildlife sanctuary. The superintendent overseeing the neighboring state park, upon seeing the swath of destruction, was reportedly willing to assist in making recompense to the rightful inhabitants for loss and injury.
Along the entire fence line shared with Government Canyon State Park, the destruction of old oak trees, rock formations, and scenic views is described is irreversible.
The ground is not only damaged but fully exposed and vulnerable to Oak Wilt infestation, as evidenced on neighboring properties.
Kolten Motes, along with his wife Taylor Baliff, were reportedly discovered firing high‑powered rifles into the state park, toward its visitors and toward homes in the Helotes Ranch Acres neighborhood. This allegedly placed park attendees and neighboring residents in danger. When informed of trespass on private property, there was a reported comment that the notification “created a predicament” (see referenced video).
As an alleged act of revenge, John Bocquet (Dougherty) authorized Kolten Motes to devastate the land, without regard for its specific use, the generations of family use, or the property rights of its owners. It is alleged that John Bocquet intentionally diminished the property’s value as an act of retaliation and for his own purposes.
Upon discovery of the destruction in progress, John Bocquet (Dougherty) and Kolten Motes reportedly attempted to flee the scene. John Bocquet allegedly struck another man with a vehicle, then abandoned Kolten Motes in an attempt to flee from the sheriff. Kolten Motes—described by contributors as unable to flee—remained on site when the Bexar County Sheriff arrived. Mr. Bocquet reportedly returned later that evening.
The landowners now have a 60‑foot‑wide graded swath of destruction through a 144‑acre plat, containing four proposed plots along the fence shared with the state park.
It should be noted that all stakeholders maintain an undivided interest over the entire 144 acres, and John Bocquet (Dougherty) is not a stakeholder, landowner, or family member.
The referenced videos are described as exemplifying only a small portion of the broader devastation along the state park boundary and across eleven landowners’ legacies.
